I’ve passed by Broker exam!!

Well, I did it! After a seven week, 45 hour course, I passed the exam required to obtain my Maine Broker’s license!

What does this mean? In Maine, there are three levels of licenses, Sales Agent, Associate Broker and Broker. For me, it was a given to get my Broker license for the purpose of further education. What does it mean to you? Nothing other than I should be equipped with the knowledge and understanding of what it would take to run my own company, however I have no plan of doing such at this time! I took the class through Arthur Gary and highly recommend his school (and him personally as an instructor).

I just wanted to share this!
